COVID- 19 Safety   NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

You must wear a mask(Vaccinated and Unvaccinated ) to enter our facility. You must wash and/ or sanitize your hands( Sanitizing Station in waiting area). Your temperature will be checked before entering the treatment room. No extra guest or kids are allowed in our office area. You may be asked to sit in your car until your appointment. Please do not come to appointment if you have any coughing, fever, running nose or any COVID - 19 symptom's. Please reschedule  your appointment and mention this so you are not charged a fee.
